Delivery Time

After you have checked out, your items will be dispatched within the next 48 hours in working days. Delivery generally takes 2 to 4 business days.

Can I pick up an item from one of your locations?
Unfortunately, we are not currently configured for individuals to come to our locations to pick up their orders. We serve only as an office to handle the documentation associated with these transactions.

What will I be charged for shipping?
Depending on the final shipment location and the piece’s value of materials and craftsmanship, shipping and handling costs can differ significantly. The shipping and handling costs are non-negotiable and are specified in detail in the description of each item. Kindly remember this before placing your purchase.

Who will deliver my orders?
We primarily utilize USPS Priority Mail for the majority of our shipments; if more carriers are needed, we might employ them.

How much time would it take for me to receive my item?
Please be aware that delivery time is measured in terms of business days, which do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery in Standard takes between two and five business days.

How do I track my shipment?
After you check out, we dispatch your item before the end of the following business day. To enable you to trace the status of your delivery at the carrier’s website, we will email you the tracking number.

If my shipment never comes, what should I do?
The delivery of your item may take up to 5 business days. Please contact us via the website’s “Contact Us” button if it still hasn’t arrived. We’ll reply to you right away.

How do I ship items to a different address?
During our checkout process, specify where you want your purchase shipped. The billing address on your credit card may differ from this one.  You may specify any ship-to street address.
